Community Groups Track

Who is it for?
This track is designed for neighborhood associations, block clubs, and other neighborhood-based groups looking to strengthen their capacity as community leaders.

What we offer:
This track includes a series of free, cohort-based workshops focused on building foundational community-building skills. Sessions cover how to identify and leverage local strengths, engage diverse voices, and create inclusive spaces for collaboration. Participants will also explore strategies for driving collective action in ways that honor and elevate all members.

Why it matters:
The training culminates in participants designing and launching a neighborhood project, with funding support provided by INRC. By building connections rooted in equity and collaboration, local leaders gain the knowledge, network, and resources to implement real, sustainable change in their communities, creating a ripple effect of positive impact.
